Returns & Refunds

Returns must be initiated within 60 days of receiving your order. Items must be unused and in their original packaging.

Return by Mail

To start your return, email us at [email protected] with your order number and the details of the item(s) you wish to return. We’ll provide the return instructions and address of our warehouse.

Returns must be sent back to our warehouse to be eligible for a refund.

A $10 return shipping fee will be deducted from your refund amount.

Refund Process

Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll confirm whether it meets our return criteria. If approved, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method.
